'Diag QVT' (hereinafter 'we', 'our' or 'us') is committed to ensuring the confidentiality of personal information of users of diagqvt.fr (the 'Site'). This privacy policy transparently describes the types of personal information we collect, the ways in which we use, share and protect it, as well as your rights regarding data protection.

Your personal data is only shared with the following third parties as part of the provision of our services:
We use cookies for the following purposes:
We retain your personal data only for the duration necessary to achieve the objectives described in this policy, unless a longer retention period is required by law. Questionnaire responses are stored on the user's mobile application, in anonymized form. Data is deleted from our servers after three months, at the end of the client contract, unless a backup has been made by the client. If the contract is not renewed, the application will be locked and data will be automatically deleted after 45 days.
In accordance with data protection laws, you have the following rights:
To exercise these rights, please contact us at the following address: contact@diagqvt.fr.
The collaborator (end user) will have no 'moral' existence other than on their smartphone. Their identity will be transformed into an identifier on the data storage tool for management. These identifiers are generated in a timeless series. At the first opening of the application to identify themselves, the collaborator benefits from a magic link system to meet the highest security standards. This system will create a unique and anonymized identifier to access the questionnaire. In case of a complaint for misuse of the application and non-compliance with the user charter by a collaborator, only the publisher (the company MAM Sport Santé through its technical manager Mr. Jarry Antoine) will be able to link an account to an identity. This data will be stored in another database, on another server. No data will be stored internally. The publisher will therefore be the only one able to access this information and will be the only one able to transmit information directly to the courts and only in the event of a requisition.
If your data is transferred outside the European Economic Area (EEA), we ensure that these transfers are carried out in compliance with applicable laws, with appropriate safeguards.
We reserve the right to modify this privacy policy at any time. Any changes will be published on this page, with an update date indicated at the top of the document. If the changes are significant, we will inform you via an email or a notice on our Site.
